ontario
I also run a 335 for years. I'd say 550 lbs if its raked or 600lbs out of a swath. Very good baler, never let me down and would bale fast for it's size. Baleage is a challenge because it wraps alot. Belt laces need regular replacement/checking and watch the welds on the tension arm for cracking. JD is a poor welder. But after running one for about 20000bales I never replaced a bearing, belt,or pickup tooth and when I traded it was missing maybe three teeth. I traded for a 4x6 New Holland to better handle baleage and short cut straw. In my opinion JD aren't good silage machines. However the NH is higher maintance machine and you have to keep the ground speed down.
