Wisconsin | I have changed my attitude on health insurance as I complained most of my life how I was being ripped off as I never collected a nickle but that changed the last 2 years and I thank the people who paid into the pool to pay for my expense like I did for years. Get the highest deductible you can. A $10000 bill shouldn't bankrupt you but a $500,000 bill might. We have a $10,000 deductible and used it a couple of times and the hospitals are real good at helping you set up a payment plan and they never charged us any interest. Then concentrate on making enough income to pay the insurance as that's the system we live in. | |
