Heil Harvesting, Ulysses KS/Limon CO | I used to be big on the bandwagon of seperating out trucks into their own LLC because they were 5% of the investment and 95% of the risk. As I have talked to people it really won't do you any good. It is, as thekcirp said, just another hoop. They will get it if they want it and enough jury members or trial lawyers or judges think they might deserve it whether it is a completely seperate entity or not. BIG liability policy is your best route IMO.
It is just another batch of paperwork...
