Seems it would take a long time to personally make contact w/each paying pax. If there were 3000 of them, & you spent an average of 1 minute (I'm sure some would demand 15 minutes of his time!) it would take 50+ hrs of continual hand shaking & apologizing. Who would be last in line waiting for that?
