North Dakota
Two stories. First, about 25 years ago we took our kids to Disneyworld, while we were waiting in line for the GM pavilion I saw a man I knew from home in the line about 30 people ahead of us with his daughter. I tried to get his attention but he seemed to not see me. When we got home I commented to someone that it was nice he took his daughter to Disneyworld, they told me he doesn't have a daughter.

Next is my sister was on a tour of Turkey and Greece and was on a flight back to London where she was living at the time. She was talking to the gentleman in the next seat and he asked where she was from, she replied she was born and raised in North Dakota, he was too. She asked him what town he was from and he was from Carrington, she said her little brother, me, lived in Carrington. We bought the house across the street from where he grew up in.
