| It's a two way street. I know one Big operator locally who said they were going to actually apply fertilizer this past year because of the price of corn. At the same time i know lots of smaller guys who are not going to apply any fertilizer and plant beans next year. I would think a person could afford to apply some fertilizer if he went ahead and locked in some crops at these prices.
Anyone can take a guess as to what me and mine are going to plant heavier in. | |
