I have never heard of brachytic, but we have used BMR sorghum a couple different times. It yields great. We have windrowed it and picked it up with a pickup head, I've never tried to direct cut it, as it seems like the moisture would be really high. We handled it more like Sorghum sudan, I guess.
Has anyone had used the brachytic BMR sorghum for silage?
