Sawzall with steel cutting blade. You need an extra hand or two. Have someone hold a garden hose just trickeling on the saw blade. Keeps it cool and slippery. Keep a prybar in the slot behind the cut and follow the blade to pry it apart and keep it open behind you. Can actually go pretty quickly then but takes two or three people.
