Eastern Oklahoma | I was the same way had seen so many in churches for the prestige or preaching for the money. I once told Harvey that we were having trouble finding a church I made the statement you could count the number of true preachers in the county on your fingers. He grinned and said I'll do you one better you'll have fingers left. My wife said it best last night when Harvey prayed you could feel God moving through him. She said many times when she was visiting them as a girl people would stop by to have him pray for them many were saved right there in the living room and many would get so filled with the spirit they would start speaking in tongues. As boy raised in a baptist church I never really believed in speaking in tongues until the first time I witnessed it it'll send a chill through you. | |
