I was always told black for dry hay and white for silage. Black is hard to find so I usually just used white for everything. Hennessey Implement in Dodgeville, WI always had the best price on wrap during their Febuary open house. Usually around $65 for 30" wide rolls but their website only says pricing coming soon right now.
