WOW!! Do you like the big green eggs? How do they compare to a Webber or other good charcoal grill for prep time (lighting coals to cooking).
They are amazing. You can cook a steak at 800-900 degrees or slow it down to 220-250 and slow cook brisket. Truly amazing.
Lump charcoal is the key. It can be smothered in the BGE and reignited. Very little ash to deal with too. I buy my charcoal from the supplier in central Missouri at wholesale which helps a lot.
