We never have just plain scrambled eggs anymore, thanks to my wife. Growing up as a kid, scrambled eggs were just that. If you wanted sausage or anything else, it was on the side. My wife introduced me to scrambled eggs with crumbled up bacon and cheese, chunked up ham, refried chunks of taters or sausage, somtimes adding chopped peppers and/or onions.
