Grandma used to say if the bed was headed East or West, you'd sleep better. North and South you would rock back and forth when the Earth turned, whereas headfirst or feetfirst it was a smoother ride. We've tried all directions and if she was still alive, I'd tell her the best sleep was in the LazyBoy.
