West Central Iowa | We are planning a site seeing trip starting in Sioux City Iowa with final destination of southern Louisiana. Day one we'll end up in Springfield Missouri and day two will be Vicksburg Mississippi. Looking for sites to see along the way. Maybe a state park in the Ozarks along Highway US 65 for some hiking. We'll spend some time in Vicksburg at the national cemetary. Then it's off to Louisiana to possibly check out where the Mississippi river meets the Gulf.
Any ideas to check out along the way? Looking for suggestions. Civil war stuff, southern type mansions, places of interest. Thanks | |
