| thanks for the replys everyone grease gun i am willing to try anything.Had a massage today felt great but the second it was over pain was back even needed help off the massage table.Guess i need to hire a full time massuse to follow me around 24/7.On a side note pulled a calf tonight there was no pain when the adreniline was pumping but now its trippled.Just to clarify also for the last two days i have been walking again but i walk like an 97 year old all hummped up an shuffle my feet i drive to the barn door or the shop door or what ever door i need then shuffle in. again thanks for the replys i plan on trying several of the suggestions first thing monday | |
