Franklinton, LA | Getting rid of the termites should be you first priority. The $1500 fee sounds reasonable but the $300.00 annual fee is a little above average. I would think the seller should pay for getting rid of the termites. Very few banks will loan money on a house with live termites.
Now for the next question. How much damage have the termites done and what will it cost to repair the damage? I assume the seller will pay to repair the house or discount the price if you repair the house. | |
