Glock G19 or G30 in an Adams crossroads, or Comp-Tac CTAC IWB. Glocks put up with the mud and filth better, and I don't feel guilty about beating the snot out of them.
Out to town, and escorting the wife in clothes that don't look like they came out of the dumpster, I usually carry one of several 1911's in a Sherrick IWB.
I have trained on the 1911 more than any other, and they are my comfort zone.
