NW Washington		I recommend a Rick Steves tour if you go that route. They are small groups, great guides and you stay off the beaten path in not fancy, but nice friendly small hotels.

Or just buy one of his Guide Books for Ireland and do-it yourself. I am sure you will need to rent a car to see Ireland if your not on a tour.
