I'm guessing you would have a considerable amount farmers flocking to your place if you would put up a few tents.  Anything to escape the cold. Could be quite the business opportunity?!

Shoot, after reading some of these posts about how much to pay the help..........I bet you could get a bunch of farmers to pay YOU to work on your farm! Cut brush, run the hoe, dig wells, fix equipment, change your tires........lots of experienced help hidden within these pages!

Plus, we could mule in some of those spendy parts from the mainland to save on the freight!



However, having herds of feral NAT'ers roaming around could be a deterrent! LOL!
