Just had tongue 3 nights ago. Cooked in a crock pot all day, submersed in water. Removed, peeled, and cut in large junks. Put back in the same water with Lowerys seasoning salt, on low for a few more hours. Removed, cut in smaller pieces, served on Ritz crackers with homemade horseradish. Yummm
