East Central Indiana | Originally a recycling outfit in Columbus, OH bought it and all of the junk. They are the ones that cleaned it up and poured a bunch of money into the building. I stopped in and talked to the guys cleaning it up to dispell all the rumors that were goin around and they said that there was going to be a recycling center put in...bigger than any currently in the state. No EPA involvement that they knew of. Remarkably the guys cleaning it up had gotten most of it. Supposedly then they built the platform for the scales and got into a boatload of trouble for not obtaining permits. Would not surprise me if other local junk yards and something to do with it. Sold as is to local farmer not sure what he is going to do with it as there are alot of cinders from the old rail line in the lot. Not to mention other treasures. Maybe drill for oil and antifreeze!
