I actually own 2 for-most chutes. The one that had the head sweep that fell off also had the neck extender bars which are still on it. Neck extender bars do help keep the head a little more stable however my second chute does not have the neck extender bar and I really don't miss it. I seems to be a little tricker to catch their head with the extender bars.
