Is it fenced and is there water at several places? Are there handling facilities?

If you or a tenant just put a few head on 200 acres of formerly mowed hay ground pretty soon it will be a weedy mess. There are a lot of other considerations in what would constitute a "fair" arrangement. Don't need to answer, just offering food for thought. How about contacting a local university extension agent for information and ideas. They can come out and look at the property and make suggestions. Good luck.
