| Last winter i did raise two holstein calfs as under the mother for a friend of mine. At the end he was not able to buy them and i did keep them feeding them leftover from the dairy cows. They are now in the 700 range and i will keep them to sell them as freeze beef next summer.
I realize that i did not cut their balls. Since i keep them tie and security is not a problem is there any advantage not to castrate them?
An old italian guy around here told that it would give me the best meat i have ever eat if i was not to wait to long to butcher them. | |
