Once again there will likely be some supposedly smart farm marketeers sell into this deal at less than govt floor prices.
( guess that's fine just as long as they can deliver ).
Agreggated currency supply by year end is going to be record high everywhere ( anyone thinking corn going to be cheap might as well give it away now. ).
