I'm sure he isn't real happy. I called them last week when I was first investigating this and he knew nothing about it. What benefit to him is there for me to switch to an Insight over the KPM? I should probably be bothering my Agleader dealer instead, he will have the most to benefit. I'm sure I'll need an unlock code at minimum and a seed command perhaps.
