North End I-15
When the Province of Albert changed the drinking age to 18 , many teen agers from the Montana side made the 'elCoyote the class meeting place . They would drive to Canada to drink , then cross the immigration line at Sweet Grass . No one killed in our area from this activity but .... the owner of the elCoyote said damage in the rest rooms went up . holes punched in walls , vending machines tore off wall . He didn't blame it on cross border kids as much as the youth of 18 year olds every where . Then the unthinkable happened .... The elCoyote burned to the ground . That following week end the senior class meet at the piles of ashes for a wake .

The next town north had RCMP , the kids didn't like the odds of 11 miles VS 100 yards to advoid the RCMP .
Tough life choises ......
