Subject: RE: Pictures of new pig nursery put up in May

SE South Dakota
The building is 51x85 with 24 pens. 2 vacuum cup waterers/pen. Uses SDI 10 hole nursery feeders that flip to clean. Ventilation is Multifan fans controlled by a GE28 Genuis controller. Polygrate flooring is the way to go...cleans easy and stays warm. Walls are spray foamed with 3 in of closed cell foam and ceiling is blown in cellulose 14 in deep.

Looks nice. We've been giving a little thought to putting up a big nursery to replace a bunch of old/small buildings.

What are the dimensions, pen sizes, etc?

Looks like Polygrate flooring? How did you insulate it, spray foam?

If you don't mind, who did the work and what did it end up costing/hd?
