really nice to see the improvement. ks has regs that must be adhered to also or will put tanks out of service. a couple of area farmers here purchased tanks that didn't meet specs and state would not certify. if you start cutting out the dealers then you become that dealer and incur expenses that dealers cover. key is volume to justify equipment.
