North Mo. | You know some areas just are too expensive for cows. Either the land is too high [ most is] or it takes too much diesel fuel to winter cows. That said it is pretty hard to beat 4 cuttings of top quality Alfalfa. If your ground is really productive strongly consider tightening your rotations up into a denser group of cows. This is of course if it doesn't interfere with a outside job paying good bucks. Ben | |
