| I say go for it as well! I'm a similar situation myself with about 80 acres and the closest to farming is growing up on a wholesale plant nursery. I think it's a no brainer when you have some equipment already and a future to build up to. For my situation it seems more sensible to have the land custom farmed to begin with, then moving forward with equipment etc. as finances, time, and experience allows. Good luck with your choice!
