Merrill, WI | We did side by side test in the same field with prop and first response in second crop and the bales did not heat in the middle like they do with prop at times. When checking with a temp prob the temps were always lower than the prop bales. Since the bales did not get as warm the test did come back better. The product is a lot cheaper than prop especially when you get into the wetter hay. The only thing I would like is a way to regulate thefirst response product going out when ur tons per hour change because its a straight rate however u have to know your average tons per hour you are baling. So sometimes you could be putting more on than you need too. | |
