Sunnyside, WA | I think all of the Cat K loaders went to a new bucket system.
I really liked the early Cat loaders, but these mono booms have soured me some. Sounds like you have had good luck with the 938's so far. There were a lot of 936E & F's around here (still are) and the 930G & H seem to replace them well. The new 924K is the same as my 930G's. Loader seem to keep growing. I would almost like them to make a good K loader a little smaller than the 924K. I don't need a loader that big to feed. 914G is just not quite big enough.
I will be looking at Cat, JD, Case, Komatsu, and Hyndai or whatever next time. I like parts and service from Cat and JD, but a loader for $200,000 is getting outrageous. | |
