The notice up top has info for those that registered in the last couple days and those with emails on the currently blocked list, but have not recieved their logon information or whatever its called. I wonder if the title might be changed so those that are wondering what is going on would notice a bit easier. Right now its addressing "users" which is people that are already on or have email addresses not blocked.

 Just a thought as I just now clicked on it, but dont even know when it changed from the changes coming title. Color and font are the same as before.
