Central Nebraska | I dumped 3,000 bushels of beans an hour ago. I ignored that little nagging voice on Monday that told me to sell them, because I was holding off for a few more cents to pay my storage... dumb. I'll learn one of these days. I don't know if it was right or wrong, but I don't have to wring my hands over it anymore. My feeling is if you can make money on them at current prices, sell. I sometimes get caught up in trying to make a bunch of money in one sale and end up hurting myself. I'm learning I'm not going to get rich in one year.
But, I admit I'm not a great marketer, so take it for what it's worth.
By the way, are you making a harvest video for '12? | |
