Say 1 year do electrical, then floor, then wall and insulation and heat. it would take a few years but you don't have to do it all in 1 year. Rome was not built in a day. I watched a fellow not far from home here put up a pole barn and just the roof. I thought that was funny, then a year later finished the siding. well he has a nice complete barn now so I guess he is the 1 laughing now. Don't worry what the others are doing around you. They don't pay your bills, you do. Just my thought. |
