south carolina | we spread alot of litter and have been disking it in. Then run the FC to level and firm up the ground, then pray for a packing rain to firm it up alittle more in order for to plant. We run a ripperstripper/planter which does great in untouched ground but we have to do all of the above to make it half way work in disked conditions. we can't leave the litter on top of the ground- 1 the neighbors don't like it- 2 dhec don't like- 3 some leaching takes place if not incorporated. Will a turbo till put litter in the ground enough to satisfy the 3 mentioned and leave the ground firmer than a disk, FC,and a rain? Which brand would do a better job? Thanks | |
