North Central ND
Up here in the north country many times the weigh up buyers will buy them late bred or cheap older dumpy cows. Some will go to slaughter and others will go out to a feedlot or farm. Many weigh up buyers will also have orders for feedlots or farmers.

If I was in your situation I would send them in as bred cows and make sure they write on the mail and be there when they sell to ensure it is announced that they were poured and vaccinated. Then you are off the hook if they go to kill and have a chance to make a little extra cash in the bred market.

Had a case like this happen a couple years ago and was standing next to the buyer when his boss called. I could hear him through the buyer head.. needless to say the boss man wasnt too happy........
