| About 22/cwt but before it is bottled they take about $4.5 of cream out. Their is 11.6 gallons in 1 cwt so
22-4.5=17.5
17.5/11.6=1.50
$1.50 a gallon is Dairymans share of milk in the store.
I would like to add I have no problem with the price I am being payed, let supply and demand take care of that.
But the consumer is getting shafted by the bottler and retailer.
