Wow you guys sure are fast to judge, it's a "here" thing I would imagine and would you please explain to me why in the hell I would pay a relatively new employee that has never worked on a farm $15/hr right off the bat that is WILLING....WILLING to work for 9.50? How many times have you bought a $375 tire and just told them to round it up to $400? Give me a freaking break! When he's been here and starts proving (which he is starting to) then I will raise his pay according. You seem to not understand that he shows up everyday ready to work and is happy with his $9.50, and so was the guy I let go this summer because of his love of prescription meds,  which should tell you I'm in the market for MY area. I'm not getting a rocket scientist for that price, heck I'm not even getting a full set of teeth to look at....
