Conservation cop and mhagny are correct, Rebounders keep seed from bouncing Keetons firm the seed in the furrow.
To correct my question, since I can only have one system on the planter which would be better, Keetons firming or Rebounders to keep seed in its place.

Keetons do both, if it pressed in bottom of seed trench it surly isn't siting at 1" instead of 2". Keetons forces seed to the bottom and it about same width as seed trench so basically, Keeton is both a firmer and a Rebounder.

Here is a press wheel system but looks like they don't make one for your Kinze 3600. http://www.greatplainsmfg.com/products/component/seedlok.pdf I know nothing about it.
