| Congratulations! Best thing ever. Your oldest is will be about the same age spread difference as ours was. Agree with foggyday that the oldest will be a great help. Don't really agree that the expenses will be 3x more though.
Best advice: Keep them on the same schedule. Wife and I did a program called "Preparation for Parenting". It is a precursor to the Growing Kids God's Way stuff and is excellent. We didn't do it for our first child, but did it with the twins and the next three. They will sleep through the night at 2 1/2 months. Gonna require both parents getting up at night for the first while though. The whole idea is: 1. sleep time 2. eat time 3. play time. Then repeat. Most parents do this in a different order with sleep time coming after eating. The program goes into the psychological and physiological reasons why to order the routine in the steps listed. Also, don't dress them the same. They are two different people and will have completely different personalities - even if they look alike.
You will loath the phrase "looks like you got your hands full".
