Iowa | I had a Berkline lift chair for a parent. It worked as intended. Other brands probably would have done the same. Some of the electric wires were damaged during a move. I was able to get the right parts ordered to fix it. The chair was in a care facility at the time, and their rules called for new parts rather than splicing the damaged wires. I donated the chair after we no longer needed it. It's been a few years, so chairs and brands could be different by now. | |
