Still high priced.. but probley not as overpriced as the good ground in the midwest. Probley over 1/2 is grazing land @ 20-40 acres to a Cow-calf a yr.
But it's a big block in 1 purchase. & a good place to go to when the SHTF because it's far from the masses.
I'm not too far from Broken O. It's about 90% grass. It's located on the "Rocky Mountain Front" that has 25 miles of river frontage. Could be broken up and sold to lots of different tree and bear huggers to be worth far more than a working farm/ranch. | 
Agricultural ground here is cheap.....
