Subject: Re: Ignorant Gold Rush show...

Lubbock, Texas
I have been watching the back episodes lately online

it is so annoying watching them at this point because they are so poorly scripted they spend 95% of the show building up to total ignorance or fake drama

will todd and the crew crash through the crust of the earth and melt into the earths core.....IF THE DOZER RIPPER LETS GO IT COULD HAPPEN!!!

then 15 minutes later amazingly they did not fall through the earths crust to the core of the earth and melt, but something else is going to happen......then they manage to find a fleck of gold and todd (and the idiot voice) tells us all how now they are on track to pull one BILLION ounces out over the next 4 hours......but wait an eagle just flew in and dropped a turd on their wash plant and now it is about to collapse into a pile of rubble!

the "goal" for todd and a crew of what 5-6 guys is 100 ounces which is about $170,000......10% of that goes to the claim owner.....the have MASSIVE expenses ($1,000 per day as we are endlessly reminded) and somehow these clowns are going to split up $170,000 AFTER the claim owner and expenses and feed their family

they bring their kids up, their wives up to hear "drama", the dude with the back that goes out at the drop of a hat and has been divorced like 20 times spends a week funning around with his new GF instead of building the water filter

they tear their wash plant apart daily.....if they find ANY gold suddenly it is either time to party or it is time to work 24X7 and of course if they work something "dramatic" happens

fred went from being OK to a literal claim jumping idiot that you pretty much root for failure.......he buys their wash plant and then proceeds to tear it apart before his is even on site and then sits around doing nothing all day and then when his plant comes in it is just as useless and defective and poorly set up as the one that was actually dialed in at the end of the year and that is now torn apart

they are trying everything they can to turn the Snoggle claim from something that his granddad managed to hold onto for what 100 years and that ran pretty well with normal break downs into something that is on the brink of failure, running out of gold and places to look for it, and parker is suddenly a putz like todd and fred........even though parker manages to handle every issue like an adult, solve it ASAP, and get some gold

it was sad seeing him go off on his granddad, but clearly his granddad understands what happened.....I did laugh when his mom ask if he had been working 14 hour days and he said no and she said that is not what your facebook said......even in BFE your stupid facebook comes back to haunt you

and I would say it is doubtful hat a guy that is 91 and mined gold for his whole life does not have money set aside and parkers dad and brother have what should be very high paying jobs either working for or owning a large road construction company and his dad is clearly a DOer and go getter with real marketable skills that Alaska pays big wages for......but yet the show makes it out like the family is about to starve if they don't find some more gold

here is a summery of the shows (all of them)......todd and the crew get their hopes way up high.....something breaks.....near death experience......huge epiphany.....hope......despair......hope.....breakdown.....drama......someone needs to take time off for something stupid.......crew starts to fall apart.......hope....breakdown......they could find big gold tune in next week.....PS fred does exactly the same!

at this point I would rather watch the green shaker table run empty for 12 hours straight than the actual show

the producers have ruined it worse than the todd and fred circus
