central sask | I go to the Minot store a couple times a month and almost 50% of the staff is from other stores or recruited through headhunter type job filling companies and flown/bussed in for 1 to 3 week shifts.
Menards puts them up in hotels.
All I talk to say the wages are way better than the store they came from or the old job they were downsized from.
A few have even moved to Minot permanently.
Like all buisnesses in most of ND they are still way short on staff. | |
