Ontario Canada | The old seedstar is the old 4/5 volt system. You have to convert to the new. Two ways. Order all new wiring and controller from a new 1760, or order a controller and cobble the old wiring. Get schematics from your John Deere dealer's Service Advisor program. If you have the schematics and replace the terminators to 2.5V, you can use the old wiring and modify as required. New wiring is expensive, but very nice to have if you intend on keeping the planter for a while. The dealers don't like fixing the modified wiring, so that route seems cheap, but may cost you down the road.
