Minnesota | Yes, If you like the fall price offered now, you can do the HTA and set basis later. Cost 3 to 5 cents / bushel depending on elevator (2000 to 5000 bushel contract). Suggest having storage so you can roll to a later month at 1 cent / bushel and pick up any carry in the market or possible improvement in basis.
