I don't do spreadsheets, I think that you already have a pretty good handle on it. The more fingers in the pie, the more it's gonna cost.
Every time I have checked on a lease, it has been dollars behind a straight finance. I expect leases will make a comeback if the lowered section 179 deductions stick.
