+1 with jim insurance, esgrow aren't closing fees as well as your share of the title insurance and the appraisal what the other bank is calling closing fees of $150 is just their fee for the loan origination I would imagine, have never seen a bank eat the appraisal and title fees. I have bought and sold around 100 homes in my life worked with many banks and mortgage co.s Is the loan to be kept local or sold into secondary market sometimes affects there fees also | |
